About this Event

If you have been running on fumes and have not felt rested in longer than you can remember... this sound bath session is for you.

Andrea is an IPHM accredited sound healer and qualified teacher, who created a supportive community where clients are supported to regulate their nervous system through sound healing, grounding practices, and simple wellness rituals.
What to Expect
This one-hour deeply immersive sound bath offers a gentle invitation to slow down, unwind and experience deep rest.

Through the soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and other therapeutic instruments, you'll be guided through a restorative soundscape designed to encourage relaxation, ease tension and support emotional wellbeing.

“Clients who have attended my sound baths often describe feeling calmer, more grounded and deeply relaxed following their sessions.”

During your session, you can expect:

  • A gentle grounding practice to help you settle.
  • An immersive sound journey using singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.
  • Time to pause, unwind and simply be.
  • A gentle closing practice to ease you back into your day.
  • A take home meditation and wellbeing ritual card to help you create moments of calm and stillness beyond the session.

No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are and settle into a comfortable position.

This is an hour where nothing is expected of you. ..Just space to rest, reconnect and find your calm.

What to Bring & Wear

To make your sound bath experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible, we invite you to create your own little space of comfort.

We recommend bringing:

  • A yoga or exercise mat
  • A cosy blanket to keep warm
  • A pillow or cushion for extra comfort
  • An eye mask (optional)
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

A limited number of mats and comfort items will be available for those who don't have their own. So If you need to borrow any equipment, please get in touch before the session so we can do our best to accommodate you.

You're welcome to lie down or enjoy the sound bath seated, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to help you settle in and relax.

Simply come as you are, settle into your own space of comfort and allow yourself this moment to rest.

Booking

Spaces are limited to keep this experience intimate and restorative.

If this feels like the moment of rest you've been needing, we'd love to welcome you.

“This is your time to pause, rest and simply be.”

Reserve your space and give yourself permission to slow down.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the booking information and terms outlined below.

Important Considerations

Sound baths are safe for most people. The therapeutic sound waves can lead to a deeply meditative state, often creating a sense of calm, peace, and a greater connection to your inner self.

However, sound baths may not be suitable if you have any of the following conditions: Pacemaker or heart disease, Metal implants, epilepsy (especially sound-induced), Tinnitus, Vertigo or Ménière’s disease, First trimester of pregnancy,Spinal cord injury (SCI)

If you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), you may wish to lie further away from the sound sources. Please let me know before the session begins so instruments are not played too close to you.

Before attending, if you have any concerns, please exercise your own judgement and/or consult with your GP or relevant healthcare professional.

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please note that a sound bath is not a medical treatment and does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
