Inner Alchemy Breathwork Journey & Sound Bath
Join Thalia for an intimate 2-hour journey into breath, body and energy, combining Ceremonial Cacao, Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic bodywork, Spinal Energetics and crystal sound healing.
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, creating space to slow down, connect inward and set an intention. From there, conscious connected breathwork will guide you into an expanded state of awareness, helping you explore emotional patterns, release tension and connect more deeply with the body.
Throughout the journey, Thalia will weave in somatic bodywork and energetic practices, including Spinal Energetics, supporting the movement of energy through the body and creating space for deeper release and integration.
We’ll then transition into a deeply immersive crystal sound bath, using vibration and frequency to support relaxation, integration and energetic alignment.
