Do you feel like you hold the weight of the world on your shoulders? Are you locked up in the space between your head and heart? Immerse yourself in two hours of self-care
and learn techniques to release tension and open space through the neck, upper back and shoulder region. Experiencing neck and shoulder injuries in my early 30s prompted me to research and consult professionals, who guided me to healing practices that maintain my quality of life and support movement. I am grateful to be able to share them with you. We will end with a relaxing restorative practice.
Bring your mat, blanket, and a bolster if you have one.
