Come and enjoy a guided yoga session and sound healing meditation in the presence of horses. 🩵
Yogini, Maria Farmer, will guide us on a beginner friendly yoga experience to lift up mind, body, and spirit while immersed in a beautiful natural space. Yoga mats are provided and feel free to bring your own! 💚
Guided Yoga Session will be followed by a Crystal Quartz Singing Bowl Sound Healing Meditation conducted by Glorious Healing Energy. ✨️
Guidance with the horses led by Living Trails. 💛
