NEB Level 1 Class: Scrolling Tongs

This is for folks working on their NEB Level 1 Certification or anyone interested in getting in a formal class and improving their forging skills.
This class is to learn how to forge scrolling tongs (this can be a Final Project for NEB Level 1!) and will be taught by Beth Holmberg. NEB Level 1 skills you'll learn:Rivet, moving joint, punch holes, round taper, half-face forging. Special tools to bring if you have them: round punch, mallet. 3/8” V-bit tongs, extra patience.
Bring what tools you have. We have some at the forge, but bring it if you have it!
Basic Kit: eye & ear protection, forging hammer, wire brush, measuring stick & chalk, center punch, and notebook & pencil.
