NDFBSA Sponsorship & Exhibit Registration 2025

Sponsorship and exhibitors play a vital role in supporting attendees of the North Dakota Family Based Services Conference.

The Exhibit Hall connects your agency to showcase your offerings to the family based services community. Your participation will gain access to over 300 professionals who gather to network and increase skills to serve the families and children of North Dakota. We highlight and promote family based services in North Dakota who share in our objective to maintain, strengthen, and empower families. The North Dakota Family Based Services Association along with our volunteer Board of Directors and committees have a longstanding commitment to revitalize North Dakota’s diverse audience of social workers, counselors, addiction counselors, therapists, educators, family advocates, youth leaders, foster parents, adoptive parents and supervisors through education and professional development.

This year all proceeds from Exhibit Hall fees goes directly to the Family Based Legacy Scholarship program to assist aspiring social workers to attend the valuable event to engage, educate, and equip.

Exhibitor - $200

• Space provided for booth set up
• Lunch is not included in exhibitor package but can be added onto your ticket

Patron - $800

• Sponsor a refreshment break during the conference
• Logo on NDFBSA event page, signage, brochure
• Space provided for booth set up

Bronze - $1,500

• Sponsor a breakfast or lunch during the conference
• Logo on NDFBSA event page, signage, brochure
• Space provided for booth set up

Silver - $2,000

• Sponsor a breakout session
• Logo on NDFBSA event page, signage, brochure, social media mentions
• Space provided for booth set up

Gold - $2,500

• Waived conference registration for 1 staff
• Sponsor a breakout session
• Logo on NDFBSA event page, signage, brochure, social media mentions, opportunities on branded items
• Space provided for booth set up

Platinum - $3,500

• Keynote sponsor
• Waived conference registration for 2 staff
• Logo on NDFBSA event page, signage, brochure, social media mentions, opportunities on branded items
• Space provided for booth set up

*Exhibitors are encouraged to bring prizes for increased participation.

You are able to add lunch service onto your registration for a $25 fee. Please email Katie Roach, [email protected], if you have any dietary restrictions.
