We’re back at Bismarck State College in 2026!
The 2026 NDEMA Conference is heading back to Bismarck State College and the National Energy Center of Excellence.
Join emergency management and response professionals from across North Dakota for two days of practical discussion, shared experiences, and collaboration focused on the challenges facing our communities and the profession. General sessions will take place in the Bavendick Stateroom overlooking the Missouri River, with breakout sessions held throughout the venue.
Whether you’re here to learn, network, problem-solve, or reconnect with colleagues from around the state, we’re looking forward to another great conference focused on real-world emergency management and preparedness.

PER-294 Testing an Emergency Operations Plan in a Rural EOC
This 8-hour performance-level course has been designed with a proactive approach to testing rural and tribal communities' Emergency Operations Plans (EOP) in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) environment. The course provides relevant and valuable training to elected officials, EOC personnel, tribal government personnel, and rural community leaders. Participants are provided with opportunities to exchange perceptions and best practices while interacting with participants from responder organizations, public/private sector organizations, as well as other EOC personnel.
