The Year of the Snake is the 6th year out of the 12 year cycle in the Vietnamese calendar. The snake is associated with mystery and charm, as well as sensuality and desire. It is considered a time for careful planning and introspection, as the Snake’s association with wisdom encourages people to be thoughtful in their actions.
With these themes and mantras in mind, we are excited to welcome M3STR.
M3STR is Miguel Mestre’s moniker, an emerging Live Act, Producer and DJ from Porto that has brought exciting and playful high energy soundwaves to the floors.
From his recent “Watcher EP”, his releases on BCCO, Duplicity, Elberec, being selected on Truncate’s remix contest, to steering the ship at the Analytical Convenience label, M3STR has been on a relentless pursuit of pushing musical boundaries.
His music has gathered support from the likes of Richie Hawtin, Rodhad, Truncate, Lea Occhi and others, being played out in
iconic venues such as Berghain, and several others across the globe.
M3STR’s raw and honest take on production and sound design is the perfect recipe to help usher in the New Year.
