Join the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – Aurora/Illinois Metropolitan (NCBW-AIM) Chapter, in partnership with the City of Aurora, faciltated by Senator James Claybourne, Jr. for a free workshop designed to educate, empower, and inspire civic participation. Learn how local government works, how to advocate for issues that matter, and how your voice can influence positive change. Participants will receive practical information on voter engagement, community advocacy, leadership, and opportunities to make a lasting impact in Aurora. Whether you're a first-time participant or an experienced community leader, this interactive workshop will provide the tools, resources, and connections needed to become a more informed and engaged citizen. Together, we can strengthen our community through civic action.
