Mayor John Laesch is set to host a new Summer Civics Series to engage the community about the City’s plans for the 2027 budget, along with its long-term outlook on public safety, infrastructure, and sustainability.
The Sustainability Town Hall, scheduled for Saturday, August 22, will detail the City’s current sustainability efforts ranging from green planning to long-term environmental resilience, and will allow attendees to share ideas that will guide the next phase of community-driven climate and development work. The event will take place at the Aurora Public Works Facility, located at 2185 Liberty Street, from 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
