A graduate of Howard University School of Law, she is a passionate advocate for fathers’ rights and co-founder of Crowe Law Group, LLC. Alicia is also the author of Real Dads Stand Up!, a practical guide that empowers fathers to navigate child support, custody, and visitation issues. Through her legal work, writing, and public speaking, she is dedicated to helping parents—especially fathers—understand their rights and stay actively involved in their children's lives.
