Nature Walk NAMI Night

Join us for an evening of self-care with a Nature Meditation Walk led by Desiree Romero. This mobility-friendly walk offers participants an opportunity to relax with others in their community while enjoying some of the beautiful nature Orange County has to offer. Give yourself this time to be outside with no distractions. We'll put our phones away to relax and let our natural sense of wonder take us to a mindful space outside. The focus is on connection and relationship, allowing the heart to open and the mind to relax.
