Nature Walk and Yoga

Join us for a rejuvenating nature walk and yoga experience in the historic heart of Jackson Park. We will begin our journey at the foot of the magnificent, golden Statue of the Republic, a stunning monument that sets the tone for a morning of beauty and reflection.

From there, we’ll venture into the serene Garden of the Phoenix (Osaka Garden). Immersing ourselves in the tranquility of this hidden Japanese garden, we’ll wander past gentle lagoons and historic flora, leaving the hustle of the city behind.

As we stroll along, we will make our way to the picturesque Wooded Island—a peaceful sanctuary teeming with wildlife and hidden beauty. Surrounded by lush greenery, with glimpses of the distant Chicago skyline peeking through the canopy, we will unroll our mats for an all-levels yoga flow.

The gentle sounds of the wind rustling through the trees and the soft lap of the water will create the perfect ambiance to connect mind, body, and nature.

Our mindful journey will culminate near the majestic Museum of Science and Industry (MSI), leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply connected to the city's natural wonders.

• All-Levels Yoga Session: A 60-minute outdoor flow designed to center your mind and stretch your body.

• A water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Comfortable walking shoes.
• Sunscreen and bug spray.
