Nature Riders Hackney, led group cycle rides all welcome.

Studies have shown that time spent in nature can boost physical and mental well-being. On this series of guided rides we’ll explore places where nature still thrives, is expanding or is just clinging on.

We have completed four nature rides, thanks to all those that have come along and for sharing your knowledge. It’s been a successful start to these rides.

Important info please read to the end!

• Frequent stops with discussions along the way, sharing the knowledge and interests of all the group.
• We'll start in Millfields Park, leaving at 11am, arrive early to get tires pumped.
• Cafe stop at arund 1pm . Then ride straight back to Millfields.
• Rides should be completed in around 2-3 hrs hours depending on the group speed and how long the rest stops are, you can leave at anytime, currently rides are mostly off road on good tracks so very little traffic.
• Bike fix, if you want to have a bike check and small repairs, Please book this as an add on at the check out, so I can be prepared and bring some small bike parts with me, such as cables and brake blocks. I ALWAYS have a pump with me.
• A supportive ethos where the ride pace matches the slowest rider.
• Bring a packed lunch if you'd like to stay on to eat with the group at the end of the ride.
• As we stop quite a lot please wrap up warm if it cold out.
