Join Cataraqui Conservation and Walt Sepic for a 'Surviving in the
Outdoors' workshop. Walt will cover the appropriate preparations for excursions, clothing, backpack kit, shelter construction, communication systems and fire starting.
The workshop will last approximately 3 - 4 hours. Light snacks and drinks will be provided and it is recommended that participants to bring a packed lunch (microwave and refrigerator
available).
This program is part of our Seniors Community Grant (55+) however all are welcome to join. It is free to attend but registration is required.
