Not all yoga teacher trainings are created equal. If you're looking to build your confidence in offering therapeutic hands-on techniques during yoga classes, this workshop is for you!
We will spend 2 hours cover the essential 3 C's of offering hands-on (clear communication, consent, contraindications), different techniques for different shapes, and modifications, plus time to practice and ask questions.

Yoga mat, water, pen and notebook.
