About this Event
Come and join Jen and Nadia from NurtureWild CIC as we share the ancient symbol and practice of the labyrinth.
Labyrinths have been used for centuries as tools for reflection and calm. Unlike a maze, a labyrith has a single flowing path that gently guides you inward and back out again, encouraging focus, balance, and clarity.
Slow down - Reconnect - Create
In this restorative workshop you will:
- Learn the History & purpose of Labyrinths: Discover how labyrinths have provided inspiration , supported reflection, stress reduction, and wellbeing across the world
- Enjoy simple grounding excercises
- Experience walking meditation in nature: Slow your pace, breathe deeply, and enjoy the calming rhythm of a guided labyrinth walk.
- Co-create a Nature Labyrith: Collaborate outdoors using materials such as stones and leaves to create a temporary shared space for quiet reflection.
- Craft your own clay finger Labyrith: Craft a small take-home tool to support mindfulness and relaxation in everyday life.
This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to reduce stress, reconnect with nature and enjoy a creative, grounding experience.
Come breathe, walk and create in nature.
