SoSF PNM Volunteer Event: SF Marin Food Bank

Help build grocery bags for home delivery!

Shift: San Francisco Warehouse | SAT Morning (May 8:00am)

Date and Time: May 9th @ 8:00am to 10am

Location: 900 Pennsylvania Ave, San Francisco, CA 94107

***Please park on the streets surrounding the Food Bank, only meter spaces may be available. The spaces directly in front of the Food Bank are for loading only. Our parking lot is for our partner agencies only.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your shift.

GUIDELINES:

Only volunteer if you are healthy and completely comfortable serving.

Closed-toe shoes are required at all volunteer projects.

We recommend volunteers not wear jewelry. If worn, all items must be covered by the provided gloves and/or hairnets.

We suggest dressing in casual and clean layers, as the temperature in the warehouse is often cool.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to maintain a positive relationship with the nonprofits we work with. Please note that signing up is not a placeholder. Please only sign up if you know for a fact you can attend the event. In the event you need to cancel your shift, you must cancel your shift on Eventbrite and find a Spinster to replace you. Notification for cancellation to the Philanthropy Director under 24 hours before an event will result in a $25 fine.
