Nature Journaling
If you haven’t yet come across it, nature journaling is the practice of journaling whilst you immerse yourself in nature. It is a practice which really encourages you to slow down and be more mindful about what you see, hear and experience rather than grabbing a phone or camera.
You will meet Ed or Liz for a two - two and a half hour walk. You will then return to the hotel for a three course Sunday Lunch. Please remember to bring a folding stool to sit on.
