The 4 Levels of the 5 Elements workshop is a deep dive into the 5 Elements and how understanding them can help balance our inherited energy, our relationships, our environment and our surroundings. Considering the attributes and virtues of the 5 Elements adds insight into the nature of the person, habits, preferences, aversions.
This class is a requirement of the TFH Professional Programme and recognised by the Kinesiology Federation.
