Slow down, breathe, and connect with yourself through the restorative power of nature, mindful practices, and the quiet rhythm of the forest
About this Event

Nature Bathing Along the Capilano River
Slow Down. Breathe. Reconnect with Nature and Yourself.

Step away from the pace of daily life and spend a few restorative hours immersed in the beauty of the Capilano River and surrounding forest.

Research continues to show what many of us already know through experience: spending time in nature helps reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve focus, and support overall wellbeing. When we slow down and become fully present, we often leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected.

Join us for a guided Nature Bathing experience where the forest, flowing river, and fresh air provide the perfect setting to rest, recharge, and connect.

This is more than a walk in the woods.

Through simple, guided practices, you'll be invited to slow your pace, engage your senses, breathe deeply, and experience nature in a more mindful way. There is nothing to achieve, only an opportunity and invitation to be present and enjoy the restorative effects of the natural world.

As we wander through the forest and alongside the river, you'll experience a combination of gentle breathwork, mindful movement, sensory awareness, grounding practices, and a relaxing guided meditation designed to support you in feeling calm, refreshed, and more connected.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress, find mental clarity, spend quality time outdoors, or simply take a break from a busy week, this experience offers a welcoming space for everyone.
