Most martial arts programs rely on stopping the attacker with violent strikes, but we take a different approach. We will teach your child to use verbal assertiveness to deter bullies; if physically assaulted, they'll learn several non-violent self-defense techniques to stay safe and gain control of the situation until help arrives.
