Natural Stone/Shell Wrapped Pendant Class
THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD IN THE BARN WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE VERY BACK OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE LOG CABIN ENTRANCE.
Have you ever collected natural stones, shells, or sea glass? This class is your chance to make a unique necklace for yourself or for a gift by learning to wire wrap a stone/shell that you have collected.
Susan teaches students the basic skills and techniques for choosing materials, learning wire-wrapping techniques, and constructing a pendant out of natural materials. Students can make two pendants using jewelry tools, crafting wire, and natural stones/shells.
The class materials that are included are: jewelry wire, jewelry tools, cords, and beads. If you do not to have any stones, shells, or sea glass to bring, the instructor will have some that can be purchased for $2-3. You are welcome to bring any jewelry tools you own.
This is a 1 day class, lasting 3 hours. Students will have 2 pendants completed when they leave. The cost is $30. Size is limited to 6.
