Studies have shown that exposure to different scents affects brainwave activity and creates changes in mood physiology and behaviour due to the scents direct and intrinsic ability to affect the central nervous system.Natural aromatics from herbs and plants have been used for mental spiritual and physical health and healing since the beginning of recorded history.
In this workshop you will learn how scent is more than just a fragrance and how different scents affect emotional and physical wellbeing.
Learn the art of natural perfume making and how to use the olfactory system in scent recognition to create your very own personalised blend roller ball with therapeutic grade pure oils and crystals to take home with you.
