Raw chocolate made intentionally with love is a powerful and delightful way to nourish the body and elevate the heart. Raw cacao is a high vibration food that's been around for centuries and has thankfully found it's way back into our modern kitchens as our need to healthier unprocessed foods has increased.
Join me for this 2 hour workshop and learn how making raw chocolates is not only simple enjoyable and delicious but is also a beautiful ritual that has been passed down through many generations.
Cacao is raw unprocessed and for many centuries used in ancient medicine as a natural heart opener. Packed full of vitamins and minerals including magnesium theobromine antioxidants iron and calcium. Cacao also helps increase blood flow to the brain increasing cognitive function.
