We are again joining the Victor Club for our National Rally at Billing this year.
We have again hired a caravan for the weekend which we are sharing with friends.
You can contact Billing direct to hire one of their caravans, or like us you can look at other options such as Air BNB, which is how we have booked
The weather last year was perfect and we had a great weekend catching up with old and new faces, and look forward to seeing even more this year.

Coin Carey from the Victor Club has again visited Billing to finalise the arrangements
The event will operate on the same conditions as last year however please note that Billing are re-introducing the option of camping under canvas.
Please also be aware that Billing is now a cashless holiday park so if you are paying on the day this will need to be done by card / payphone
Rally Location
We will gain be on Heron Way Triangle (see map).
The Location (circled in purple) is two triangle grass
areas separated by a small tarmac track.
Based on last years attendance it will easily meet our
needs.
It is centrally located near to toilet, shower facilities
& the shop.
Entry
Our members can choose to attend on a daily basis or to visit for the duration of the event with caravans/motor homes. Caravans and motor homes can be located on our event area, or if members wish, on one of Billing’s serviced pitch areas. Or you can book with Meadow Bay one of their accommodation options or make your own arrangements.
Caravans and Motor home visits must be booked in advance. If you wish to use one of their serviced pitches then this can be done on line or by telephone 01604 408181 early booking is advised. If you wish to pitch up on our rally area (non electric) this should be done by telephone.
Auto Jumble
This can be sold from car boots and small stands by our members only.
No trade stands permitted
Raffle
We will be having a raffle on the stand – proceeds will be going to a charity – if you would like to bring a donation prize, please hand in at the marquee when you register
BBQ
As per last year, we will be having a BBQ on the Saturday evening
Event Discount
We have requested an event discount but at the time of printing this had not been confirmed. The prices below represent good value compared with last year but please ask when booking if any discounts are available. Meadow Bay often run discount promotions.
Marquee
We will again have a marquee shared with the Victor Club and will be offering complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits over the weekend.
Pricing - Day Entry
The cost of day entry is £5.00 for each vehicle plus £5.00 for each occupant (free for under 5s), this price includes the use of all on site facilities including the on site train. Day entry can be booked in advance on their website or you can pay at the gate but please note this must be electronic (card or pay phone).
Pricing – Staying on site
Meadow Bay’s pricing policy has changed from last year, the costs below were valid as of 16th February 2026. They are lower than last year. Touring pitches are minimum two nights. Grass pitches (either our event area or serviced pitch areas) are £56.00 for the two nights.
Our event area does not have electric hook ups. If members choose a serviced pitch area, please be aware that the pitch will be away from our event area (not far) and will need to be vacated by 12 noon. The cost of your stay includes the use of all facilities including the swimming pool.
Additional Vehicles – Staying on site
The cost of your stay is for either a motor home or caravan plus tow vehicle. There is no extra charge for an additional vehicle (Your Cresta).
Additional Vehicles – Day Entry
If members are towing their Cresta on a trailer, then they will need to pay an additional £5.00 per day.
Pets
There is no additional charge this year for your pet. Please keep dogs on a lead and observe the clean-up rules.
Other onsite staying options
There are static caravans, glamping, lodges & lakeside cabins available that can be booked directly with Meadow Bay. They are a minimum three-night stays and prices range so have a look at their website.
A suggestion could be that you speak to a fellow member and consider the possibility of sharing a caravan
