🐴 The Wagon Train will drive down Main Street, loop around the traffic circle, come back down Main Street and enter Shafer Park through the main Shafer Park entrance. Boonsboro will have their own Wagon Train parade!! Wagon Train arrival times are as follows:
🐴 They will be on Main Street at 12 noon, and it will take them about 30-45 minutes to loop the circle & come back to the Shafer Park entrance.
🐴 They will be in Shafer Park by 12:30 – 12:45pm. Pony rides will be provided for children in the Park, as well spinning demonstrations. Food items will be available to purchase from local non-profit groups.

With its strategic geographical location between the Allegheny Mountains and the Blue Ridge Mountains, Washington County played a key role in opening the West to our nation."
Authentic wagon trains pulled by horses and mules re-enact the travel during the 1797 development of the National Pike beginning in Clear Spring on Friday and ending with old fashioned activities in Shafer Park on Sunday, May 18th.
