Join the discussion on Not Needing New and our relationship with consumerism and material goods. Wear something you’ve thrifted or been gifted, and prepare to learn even more about navigating the world of second hand markets. There will also be Swap Tables where participants are encouraged to bring items from home that they no longer need in order to share our abundance with other participants, reducing the need to buy new goods.
This gathering is hosted by the Boonsboro Green Fest/Zero Waste team with the intent of creating an interest in low waste living by offering examples of lifestyle shifts that make a difference.
