Whether you're studying to become a Paralegal or you've been working as one for many years, come and join us at National Paralegal Day 2025!
Paralegals undertake vital work, whether they are acting within a solicitor’s practice or independently in their own legal services company, or in-house within legal departments in the private, public and charitable sectors. From fashion to football, from international aid to local councils, from large law firms to small private businesses helping consumers, paralegals fill a void that has been created by the reduction in legal aid.
Paralegals are often the unsung, unrecognised members of the legal profession – and yet, each year, they help thousands of people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford legal representation. On an ongoing basis they support solicitors and their teams to deliver high quality services to clients, and they work hard within organisations as diverse as local authorities, charities and FTSE100 companies.
National Paralegal Day is all about celebrating the important role of paralegals within the English and Welsh legal system.
