Bangladesh Agricultural University Language Club proundly announces the forthcoming ❝National Language Fest 2025❞-a celebration of linguistic brilliance and cultural harmony.
This grand event welcomes not only students of Bangladesh Agricultural University but also participants from universities across the country , uniting language enthusiasts under one platform and providing them with a unique opportunity to develop into the world of language.Guided by the motto “Exploring the World of Language ” the fest is structured into three distinct parts-
1) A language-based competition
2) Fair- Comprises of Art, Literature & Culture.
3) Interactive sessions with renowned speakers who will share their insights and experiences.

🌏𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞: 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐌𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡.
The competition features 10 segments from 6 languages. Here are the segment details and the rules.
Segment 1 : সাহিত্যোৎসব
▶️সেগমেন্টটি প্রতিযোগীদের মাঝে মোট ২ রাউন্ডে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
▶️প্রথম রাউন্ডে প্রতিযোগীদের বিভিন্ন বিষয় যেমন রহস্য বা গোয়েন্দা, রোমান্টিক , ভৌতিক , ভ্রমণ বা অভিযানমূলক বই থেকে বহুনির্বাচনি প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে।প্রথম রাউন্ডের নাম্বারের ভিত্তিতে সেরা দুইজন প্রতিযোগী দ্বিতীয় রাউন্ডে যাবে।
▶️দ্বিতীয় রাউন্ডে সেরা দুইজন প্রতিযোগীর মধ্যে একটি বাজার রাউন্ড (স্ক্রিনে দেখানো প্রশ্নের উত্তর বাজার প্রেস করে দিতে হবে। সর্বপ্রথম বাজার প্রেস করা প্রতিযোগী উত্তর দেবার সুযোগ পাবেন।) অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
▶️বাজার রাউন্ডে নির্বাচিত দুইজন সেরা প্রতিযোগীসহ প্রথম তিনজন প্রতিযোগী বিজয়ী হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হবেন।
Segment 2 : ব্যাকরণ ব্যঞ্জন
▶️সেগমেন্টটিতে প্রতিযোগীদের বাংলা ব্যাকরণের বিভিন্ন টপিকের নিয়মাবলী থেকে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে বহুনির্বাচনী প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে।
▶️সর্বোচ্চ সংখ্যক সঠিক উত্তরদাতাদের মধ্যে থেকে প্রথম তিনজন প্রতিযোগী বিজয়ী হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হবেন।
Segment 3 : 𝐅𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐲
▶️The segment will be conducted in two rounds among the participants.
▶️ In the first round, participants will answer multiple-choice questions from various topics like the fantasy realm (Harry Potter Books and Movies,Game Of Thrones series, Fantastic Beasts movies, Pirates of the Caribbean movies, and Lord of the Rings movies.) ,Superhero showdown (Marvel Cinematic Universe and Comics, DC Universe, and X-men series) , Sitcom smackdown (F. R. I. E. N. D. S, Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, and How I Met Your Mother series.).
▶️Based on the scores of the first round, the top two participants will advance to the second round.
▶️ In the second round, a buzzer round will be held between the top two participants (participants must press the buzzer to answer the questions displayed on the screen; the participant who presses the buzzer first will get the chance to answer).
▶️The top three participants, including the two best-selected competitors from the Buzzer round, will be selected as winners.
Segment 4 : 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐭𝐬
▶️In this segment, participants will be asked a series of questions about General knowledge and English grammer.They must answer each question correctly to move on to the next one.
▶️Skipping questions or answering them out of order is not permitted. Any answers given out of sequence will not be considered.
▶️For each word, they will get 1 mark. Time will be limited for this segment.
▶️ The top 3 participants with the highest marks will be announced as the winners of this segment.
Segment 5 : . 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐤𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐢 𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐚:
▶️In this segment, each participant is allowed to compete in only one language. Participants will have to answer multiple-choice questions and short questions based on language, culture,food, festivals and various topics. Time will be limited for this segment.
▶️The top participants will be announced as the Winners of each category language.
Segment 6:𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 "𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐬"
▶️In this segment, each participant is allowed to compete in only one language. Participants will have to answer multiple-choice questions and short questions based on language, culture,food, festivals and various topics. Time will be limited for this segment.
▶️The top participants will be announced as the Winners of each category language.
Segment 7: German:”Kunst der Sprache”
▶️In this segment, each participant is allowed to compete in only one language. Participants will have to answer multiple-choice questions and short questions based on language, culture,food, festivals and various topics. Time will be limited for this segment.
▶️The top participants will be announced as the Winners of each category language.
Segment 8: Arabic:”𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐪𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐲𝐲𝐚”
▶️In this segment, each participant is allowed to compete in only one language. Participants will have to answer multiple-choice questions and short questions based on language, culture,food, festivals and various topics. Time will be limited for this segment.
▶️The top participants will be announced as the Winners of each category language.
Segment 9: Anime Tales
▶️ The segment will be conducted in two rounds among the participants.
▶️ In the first round, participants will answer multiple-choice questions from various topics in anime. Based on the scores of the first round, the top two participants will advance to the second round.
▶️ In the second round, a buzzer round will be held between the top two participants (participants must press the buzzer to answer the questions displayed on the screen; the participant who presses the buzzer first will get the chance to answer).
▶️The top three participants, including the two best-selected competitors from the Buzzer round, will be selected as winners.
Segment 10 : 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐠azine
In this segment, participants can submit their Hand Painting, Sketching, or Calligraphy in any category on any theme, including Language, Literature, or Culture of any country, by the specified date.
▶️ Based on the judgment marks, the top 3 participants will be announced as the Winner of this segment.
Post Event Segment :
This segment is based on the magazine published by BAULC. Only participants of the session will be eligible to take part in this segment.After the event, interested participants are invited to solve the game /quiz featured in the BAULC magazine.All correct answers should be sent via email to the specified address.The deadline for submission will be mentioned in the poster or official announcement.Winners will be selected from among the participants who submit correct answers.
The Winners of the National Language Fest 2025 will receive a Prize Pool of 4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ BDT. Along with the Prize Money, they will also receive a Medal and certificate.

On 5th December evening,”Bornokunjo”, the Grand Fair will be held as part of National Language Feast 2025!
This fair is open for everyone - not just to participate but to enjoy being part of a story . Experience a vibrant mix of language -based cultural shows, book stalls, food stalls and much more things. Bring your family and friends, capture lots of nostalgia,enjoy fun activities, surprises and create endless memories in the joy of the evening.✨
On 6 December 2025,BAULC proudly presents an exclusive session featuring renowned and inspiring speakers as part of the National Language Fest 2025!
A series of sessions is scheduled aimed at enhancing the linguistic and communication skill- where words ignite passion and communication becomes art, while elevating your language mastery, refining your expression, and unlocking your full potential as a confident communicator.
Any university student can participate in the competitions, but the sessions are open to everyone.
Each participant will receive the following accessories during the event-

▶️Session: T-shirt, Notepad, Pen, certificate magazine , Lunch, Gift.
