National Iyengar Yoga Day – Saturday, 18 January 2025
On Saturday, 18 January 2025, yoga teachers across the UK and Ireland will be hosting free taster classes and events to celebrate National Iyengar Yoga Day. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who are completely new to Iyengar yoga to come and give it a try!
We are offering two free classes:
9:00 am – 10:00 am with Colin Higgins
10:30 am – 11:30 am with Tracey Ashton

Yourself and your friends!
Our studios are fully equipped, so you don’t need to bring a yoga mat. We will also be serving coffee and cake! Come and take a look around, meet our friendly team, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of our yoga centre.
