National Caregivers Month Celebration at REVAMP!

We are collaborating with Careforth and Commonwealth Care Alliance to bring caregivers in our communities an afternoon of wellness and celebrations.

National Family Caregiver Month is the perfect time to honor the individuals who give so much of their hearts and energy to others. Caregiving is a rewarding but demanding role, and you deserve a day completely dedicated to your well-being, relaxation, and joy. Join us for a special, uplifting event designed exclusively to celebrate, pamper, and pour love back into our community's caregivers. Here's what you can expect:

1. Functional Fitness Class: Designed for all fitness levels. The class will focuses on strength, flexibility, and movements that support the physical demands of caregiving
2. Paraffin Wax Workshop: Unwind with a hands-on, therapeutic workshop. Dip your hands into warm, soothing paraffin wax to relieve joint stiffness and soften skin. Take home your own custom-crafted wax creations.
3. Exciting Giveaways!: Every participant will walk away with self-care bundles, wellness products, and surprises to keep the pampering going at home.
