Hi everyone,
Over this next week, I’ll be sharing with you a bit about how I work and how I might be able to support you.
I call what I offer Somatic Integrative Therapy. So what does that mean?
🌱 The word somatic means relating to the body. Somatic therapy invites the whole body into the work, not just the mind. As we learn to listen to the wisdom of the body, we tap into a source of healing, growth and new possibilities for real and meaningful change.
💫 I bring an integrative approach to therapy drawing from many different frameworks and approaches that I’ve gathered over the last 25 years in the field of mind, body and heart. There is no one-size-fits-all therapy. You are completely unique. The therapy you receive should be completely unique to you.
✨ Over these next days, I’ll be sharing about the different threads that I weave into my approach, and the ways that this work may be able to support you on your journey. I hope you’ll join me.
