Dr. Lori Watson | Elevation to Transformation (E2T)

The Elevation 2 Transformation (E2T) seminar is the foundation (prerequisite) for all equity leadership development phases. In E2T, participants will engage in a 1-day seminar to:

• Develop racial literacy and building muscle to talk about race in an effective way
• Engage in exercises to elevate personal racial consciousness;
• Advance a deeper understanding of the impact of race; and
• Gain clarity around the construct of whiteness and its role in sustaining systemic racism.
