The Ocean City Conference 2026, themed “Transforming the Tides,” will take place May 5–8 and brings together social work professionals for connection, learning, and growth. The conference opens Tuesday evening with a Business Card Swap Reception, creating space for networking and meaningful conversation. Across Wednesday and Thursday, attendees can earn 17 CEUs through a rich lineup of workshops covering childhood trauma and resiliency, narrative therapy and purpose, mindfulness-based stress reduction, ethics and informed consent in telehealth, and optional evening sessions on feminism as a tool and advanced ethical practice. The conference concludes Friday with a powerful morning presentation, “Let’s Talk About Suicide: Let’s Talk About All the Scary Things, & All the Uncomfortable Things,”. With engaging speakers, relevant topics, and opportunities to connect, Ocean City Conference 2026 is designed to inspire professionals to adapt, heal, and transform alongside the changing tides.
