This event is for mothers local to Nanaimo and the surrounding areas. This group is not exclusive to first-time mothers and does not discriminate based on the age of your children. If you are a mother of any sort, you are welcome! This healing circle is a gathering place for mothers to connect with one another authentically, share experiences, and source resources for the purpose of cultivating in-person community while navigating motherhood. The mental, emotional, and spiritual health benefits of connecting in-person with like-minded individuals is unparalleled. Creating connection through community at any stage of life is important, but while navigating the experience of motherhood, its necessity is highlighted even more!
