Come meet the NAMI Tulsa team, learn about meaningful volunteer opportunities, and see how you can get involved in supporting mental health in our community. This relaxed, come-and-go open house is perfect whether you’re curious, ready to volunteer, or want to bring a friend.

What to expect:

• Light bites and refreshments
• Short overview of volunteer roles (peer support, outreach, office help, event support, and more)
• Office tours and a chance to see where programs happen
• Easy on-site volunteer sign-up — leave ready to get involved!

• Cost: Free
• Accessibility: Building is accessible; contact us with specific needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Parking: Street parking and nearby lots available.
