Join us for a NAMI Gather Free Breath Work event with registered Respiratory Therapist and Breath Work Facilitator and NAMI Volunteer, Whitney Locke!
This is a free event, but donations for Whitney, a volunteer who is donating her time to teach the class, are accepted. All ages are welcome, we hope to see you there!
We can accept up to 20 participants for the class - wheelchairs and disabilities will be accommodated. Please bring your yoga mat and blanket.
