NAMI Eastside is celebrating World Mental Health Day with an event to bring the community together and spread mental wellness on October 10 in Redmond. This event fuels NAMI Eastside's free mental health programs, but it is more than a fundraiser.

We are committed to bringing community together to heal together through shared experience and compassion. This year's gala will strengthen our community by bringing local leaders, mental health professsionals, advocates, volunteers, and people with lived experience together to learn and grow.

Join us for dinner in Redmond as we present this year's Mental Health Champion Award, learn from a panel discussion on social media's impact on youth mental health, host a live auction, dessert dash, and more.
