LANSDOWNE - Legal Aid of Southeastern PA will offer a free Name Change Clinic on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Lansdowne Library, 55 S. Lansdowne Ave., Lansdowne, PA 19050.
Participants must be 18 or older and live in Bucks, Chester, Delaware or Montgomery counties.

* adults with court requests for name changes, including survivors of abuse or harassment
* people with mismatching identity documents, and people facing REAL ID issues.

* LASP does not assist with name changes for divorce or custody.
* Appointments are required, and walk-ins will not be accepted.
* Participants can bring physical copies or photos of their identity documents if available.
Attendance at the clinic does not guarantee future legal representation.
