Begin your journey with a deeply restorative yoga class, guided to help you release tension and find inner peace through gentle poses, breathwork and essential oils. After achieving a state of blissful calm, prepare for a delightful "blind date with a book". Each participant will receive a carefully wrapped book, chosen to surprise and inspire, allowing you to discover your next great read without judgment from its cover. "Namaste & Novels" offers the perfect blend of mindful movement and literary adventure, promising an afternoon of relaxation, discovery, and perhaps, a new favorite story. *Class is limited to 16 participants
