Join us for an immersive sound bath rooted in the ancient practice of Nada Yoga — the Yoga of Sound. This experience blends the meditative power of mantra, the rich melodic landscapes of Indian classical music, and the healing resonance of sound meditation.
Guided by skilled musicians and sound practitioners, Lynda Arnold & Sidd Chitnis and special guest Sahar Khundmiri, you’ll be invited to lie back, relax, and journey inward as layers of voice, raga (melodic modes), and sacred instrumentation open pathways to stillness, clarity, and connection. This offering is designed for deep listening, heart-centered reflection, and inner awakening — open to all, no experience necessary.

Lynda Arnold a.k.a Divasonic is a distinguished Sound Meditation, Facilitator, Vocalist, Multi-Instrumentalist, and Composer with over 30 years of experience. A certified sound healer and educator, she collaborates with renowned artists and performs regularly while leading innovative online programs through Divasonic Music Academy. Learn more at
Siddharth (Sidd) a.k.a Saffron Skies is a LA-based musician & Sound Healer with two decades of experience in performing and teaching Indian classical music. With a degree in percussions, he focuses on traditional classical rhythms and harmonies with a touch of modern contemporary styles through his own melodies & grooves on hand pan.
Sidd has performed solo and in accompaniment at numerous venues, festivals and cultural events in India and abroad. Exploring creativity, he continues to collaborate with various artists to bridge musical themes of East and West.
