Naad Yoga is the yoga of sound where practitioners use external sound (such as mantras chants or musical instruments) to tune into more subtle vibrations eventually leading them to perceive internal sound or vibration.

The internal sound (Anahata Nada) is believed to arise from within and is said to be a manifestation of divine energy. In deep states of meditation practitioners focus on listening to this subtle internal sound which brings a sense of deep stillness and awareness.

This October Nawab Khan begins his UAE journey with the "Healing Sound of Music" project offering unique workshops and concerts that showcase the healing power of Indian Raaga music. Through the delicate balance of harmonious and contrasting sounds Nawab’s performances on the santoor and tabla create deep meditative experiences that refresh the mind body and soul. He is famous for his Raaga Science project and has been traveling and healing lives for last 25 years.

Born into the prestigious musical tradition of Rajasthan’s royal courts Nawab khan combines rhythm and melody with a deep understanding of ancient sound healing techniques passed down through generations from his father and grandfather.
