Naach For Fun - SELF DEFENCE POP-UP

Naach For Fun is excited to launch something new and powerful: our very first Self-Defence Pop-Up Workshop, in collaboration with Coach Lina and Sisters Fitness Club.

This beginner-friendly session is designed to be both empowering and practical, giving participants the tools they need to feel safer and more empowered in their everyday lives.

Lina, is a Muay Thai–based coach and founder of Sisters Fitness Club, who teaches practical self-defence and strength training designed to build confidence, and real-world skills.

Whether you’re completely new or just looking to build on your awareness, this workshop will guide you through real-life techniques in a supportive, inclusive environment. You’ll walk away not just with skills but with a stronger sense of control.
