N O U R I S H - Yoga & Brunch

We’ll start the day with a grounding and nurturing yoga practice to help gently wake you up ~ inviting ease into your body, and allowing you to reconnect with your breath. This session is all about moving kindly, honouring where you are, and creating a sense of space and stillness before you ease into the rest of your day.

After class, you’ll be treated to a lovely North Star brunch, included with your ticket*; where you can refuel and relax over wholesome food, incredible coffee, and conversation in their warm, welcoming space.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. You’re also welcome to bring any extra layers, cosy socks, or an additional blanket perhaps ~ anything that helps you feel comfortable and at home.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all levels are welcome!
