mzm presents Pasta Solidarista @ CAFÉ + BAR PAMPÁ

Am 25. Juli 1943 feierte die Familie Cervi in Italien den Sturz der faschistischen Mussolini-Diktatur mit einem großen Pastafest. Die gesamte Gemeinschaft kam zusammen und teilte, was da war. Inspiriert von diesem historischen Geist des Zusammenhalts bringen mund zu mund (mzm) und CAFÉ + BAR PAMPÁ diese Tradition nach St. Pauli.

Um ein solches Fest im heutigen Alltag zu realisieren, legen wir die Kosten für frische Zutaten, die Gastro-Infrastruktur und das Kulturprogramm als Kollektiv zusammen. Über dieses Reservierungssystem sichert du dir einen festen Slot und trägst aktiv dazu bei, das Event gemeinschaftlich zu finanzieren.

Pasta Basis - Dein regulärer Beitrag zur Realisierung des Events. Hiermit finanzierst du deine eigene Portion inklusive aller frischen Zutaten, die Bereitstellung der Infrastruktur durch das PAMPÁ sowie die organisatorische und künstlerische Umsetzung durch mzm.

Pasta Solidaria - Gelebte Kiez-Solidarität nach dem traditionellen Prinzip der „aufgeschobenen Pasta“ (Caffè sospeso). Du deckst deine eigenen Kosten ab und gibst zusätzlich 5 € direkt in den Soli-Topf. Damit finanzierst du die Portionen für jene Teilnehmer:innen am Eventtag mit, die den regulären Gastro-Beitrag vor Ort nicht aufbringen können.

Das zahle, was du kannst-Prinzip
Wer keinen Online-Beitrag leisten kann oder möchte, kommt einfach spontan vorbei. Vor Ort gilt das solidarische Modell: Zahle, was du kannst. Unkompliziert, ohne Rechtfertigung, mit offenen Armen. Ermöglicht wird dieser offene Zugang unter anderem auch durch die Solidaria-Beiträge im Kollektiv.

Das Slot-System
Damit wir allen Gästen entspannte Plätze und eine gute Atmosphäre bieten können, gibt es drei feste Zeitfenster. Deine Reservierung gilt verbindlich für den gebuchten Zeitraum. So wissen wir, wie viel frische Pasta wir für dich vorbereiten.

Walk-Ins ohne Platzgarantie
Spontane Gäste ohne Online-Reservierung sind herzlich willkommen, wir freuen uns über jede:n, die:der vorbeikommt. Aufgrund behördlicher Kapazitätsgrenzen können wir vor Ort jedoch keine Sitzplatzgarantie übernehmen. Wenn es voll wird, gibt es die Pasta entspannt als To-Go auf die Hand.

Neben der frisch zubereiteten Pasta (geliefert von La Pastaia, einem lokalen Familienbetrieb mit italienischen Wurzeln) erwartet dich eine frei zugängliche Ausstellung zur Geschichte, Kontext und Bedeutung der Pastasciutta-Tradition, kuratiert von mzm. Und natürlich die gewohnten leckeren Drinks des PAMPÁ

On July 25, 1943, the Cervi family in Italy celebrated the fall of the fascist Mussolini dictatorship with a large pasta feast. The entire community came together and shared what they had. Inspired by this historic spirit of solidarity, mund zu mund (mzm) and CAFÉ + BAR PAMPÁ are bringing this tradition to St. Pauli.

For everyone. With everyone. Against fascism.

To make such a celebration possible in this day and age, we aim to pool the costs for fresh ingredients, gastronomic infrastructure, and the cultural program as a collective. Through this reservation system, you secure a fixed time slot and actively contribute to financing the event collectively.

Choose your contribution:

Pasta Basis - Your regular contribution to making the event happen. This covers your own portion, including all fresh ingredients, the infrastructure provided by PAMPÁ, and the organizational and curatorial work by mzm.

Pasta Solidaria - Lived neighborhood solidarity following the traditional principle of "suspended pasta" (Caffè sospeso). You cover your own costs and add 5 € directly to the solidarity fund. This finances portions for those neighbors on the day of the event who cannot afford the regular contribution.

Pay-as-you-can on site
If you cannot or do not wish to make an online contribution, simply come by spontaneously. On site, we operate on a pay-as-you-can basis. Uncomplicated, without justification, with open arms. This low barrier is also made possible through the Solidaria contributions.

The slot system
To ensure relaxed seating and a good atmosphere for all guests, we have three fixed time slots. Your reservation is binding for your booked time slot. This way, we know exactly how much fresh pasta to keepy ready for you.

Walk-ins without seat guarantee
Spontaneous guests without an online reservation are more than welcome and we're happy to see anyone who stops by. Due to official capacity limits, we cannot guarantee seating on site. If it gets crowded, you can enjoy your pasta as takeaway.

In addition to freshly prepared pasta (supplied by La Pastaia, a local family business with Italian roots), you can expect a free-access exhibition on the history, context and significance of the Pastasciutta tradition, curated by mzm. And of course, the usual delicious drinks by PAMPÁ.
