MYSTIKA is a monthly movement and dance event focused on healing and strengthening our mind, body and spirit through dance and community.

7:00 PM Doors Open and Guests Are Welcome
7:00-7:30 Mia Mystika Guided Opening
** Movement Practices, Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation **
7:30-9:30 FVTVRE Music Guided Live Dance
** Featuring a Live DJ set curated specifically for the event, two dance waves of tempo. World Dance Rhythms and Bass Music from around the Globe. With Special Guest Live Musicians. **
9:30-10:00 Ambient Sound Healing featuring Soleil Weinberg in collaboration with FVTVRE music. We have something epic planned for this, looking forward to showing you all the magic in store.
10 PM Closing Circle with Community Shareback and Announcements. All are welcome and invited to share their own events and offerings with our beautiful community.
10-11 PM Community Lounge
Open space for community to hang out and converse.

We have discovered that pairing music, movement, and touch is the most potent way to fully experience our bodies. This Mystika Dance will focus on activating your hands to initiate a physical and energetic connection with yourself. Through intentional touch, you’ll channel energy directly to the areas of your body that need love, healing, and attention.
We’ll dive into the art of **listening to our bodies**, fulfilling our deepest desires through a conscious dance of touch and energy. You will learn to recognize the signals your body sends, guiding you to offer the love and connection you truly deserve.
