There is space for 10, reserve your space or reach out with questions that you may have at [email protected] Using the centuries-old Panca Maya model as our framework, we’ll explore layers of self, from the physical to the spiritual. You’ll sample a variety of meditation and journaling practices that help ground you in your physical body, deepen your understanding of thoughts and emotions, and access inner wisdom. Ultimately, these practices guide us toward connecting with Purusa – our self, spirit, or consciousness – at the core of the Panca Maya model.
Workshop Highlights:
- Guided Meditation and Journaling Practices: Deepen self-awareness, reduce stress, enhance creativity, and improve mental health through integrated techniques.
- Variety of Journaling Methods: Explore diverse techniques, from self-reflection and artistic expression to structured prompts, stream-of-consciousness writing, internal dialogues, and doodling.
