💔 Concept:
Relationships are core to our expansion. We love the falling in love phase, we have countless couple events, and sometimes it feels like society almost expects us to walk around in pairs. Yet, we often avoid discussing the inevitable and eventual “ending” of romantic relationships, whether through breakup, unconscious uncoupling or death.
This isn’t about getting over your ex; it’s about embracing what-is, transforming stories that no longer serve you, and harnessing the power of the breakup experience as part of the benefit of the relationship.
The idea is to dissipate the fear and feelings of rejection and failure around the breakup and instead allow for natural grief and the possibility of rebirth that is available after ending of things.
💭 Approach:
Through embodiment workshops, guided visualizations, communication, and group ritual, we will explore what is true for you now, what is ready to move and possibly what’s ready to emerge.
As a hypnotherapist, I empower clients to lead their own transformations and this event is no different. This container will be a personally empowered journey where guidance will happen, tools will be provided, but the journey is a mixture of introspection, reflection, willingness, and decisions you make combined with the mystery of life’s cycles.
Instead of forcing an outcome, we will come together to explore where we are in the life cycle of the relationship and letting go, and where we go from here.
