Embrace the Mystic of All Hallows – this time of year when the veil between worlds is thin & we can dream and manifest and hold dear the presence of our Ancestors.

Sharon ( My Yoga Seed) will guid you through a very mindful & gentle mediation bringing to mind our ancestors both ancient and near.

The spine is said to represent and connect us with our ancestors with each vertebrae representing a different generation so our movement will be centred around bring awareness to the movement of the spine – the sacred song of the spine. The movement part of the practice will flow from somatic movement into deeply restorative postures. All movement is highly suitable for all levels including beginners and options and alternative instructions provided including one to one assistance when required.

Our Yoga Nidra will centre around setting the seeds of healing our ancestral connections in the spirit of gratitude & forgiveness.

Taking us into the sound healing part of our time together brought to you by Craig (Gongholistic) gifting you with the deep resonance and vibrations of the gongs & other ancient instruments.

We will come together to sit around the metaphorical fire calling in the spirit of our ancestors.

It is our intention that you leave the practice with a sense of both elation and inner calm & peace.
